Being Broke Requires Too Much Commitment 😂
<p>Suddenly remember something and decided to post it on my insight 😊</p><p>Being broke is actually a full-time job. 😭💔😂</p><p>You wake up in the morning feeling confident, then you remember you have only ₦1,000 in your account. Suddenly, you start calculating your entire life, how to get money at least 3000 in your account 😭</p><p>You open your bank app again just to confirm the money is still there. You see the balance and immediately close the app like, “Let me not disturb this money.” 😂</p><p>Then someone calls you:</p><p>“Let’s go out today.”</p><p>You: “Ahh, I wish I could, but I have something important to do.”</p><p>What is the important thing?</p><p>Staying at home and protecting my money. 😭😭</p><p>And don't even let someone ask you, “What do you want to eat?”</p><p>Suddenly, you're not hungry anymore.</p><p>“I’m okay, I ate earlier.”</p><p>You did NOT eat earlier. You just remembered your bank balance. 😂</p><p>The worst part is when you finally receive money. Before you can even enjoy it, there’s already a list waiting for you:</p><p>Transport.</p><p>Girlfriend for those that have, single people can't relate 💔😊💔</p><p>Food.</p><p>Data.</p><p>Airtime.</p><p>Something you promised to buy.</p><p>And that one unexpected expense that always appears from nowhere. 😭</p><p>Before you know it, your account is back to where it started.</p><p>Then you just sit there looking at your phone like:</p><p>“So this is adulthood?” 😭😂</p><p>Honestly, being broke has taught me many things—especially how to suddenly become unavailable when someone says “Let's go shopping.” 😂</p>
