FOOD DOESN’T MAKE YOU FAT.

I'm the biggest proof that food doesn't make you fat.

Because if eating was the problem, My body would have been a whole different country by now.

Three square meals? My brother, I take them seriously.

Breakfast, I'm available. Lunch, I'm present. Dinner? Please, don't disrespect my commitment.

And when they say, You need to reduce the way you eat, I smile and nod like a responsible adult But deep down, my stomach is already planning our next meeting.

They say, You are what you eat. So, if I eat rice, am I rice? If I eat beans, am I a bag of beans? And if I eat chicken, please, does that make me a celebrity in the poultry industry?

Listen, my people, Life is already hard. Bills are waiting. Stress is knocking. Problems are doing free delivery to our doorsteps.

So, if food brings me happiness, Who am I to reject my own joy?

But wait, Let me be serious for a moment.

Food doesn't automatically make you fat. Your body needs food to survive. What matters is the kind of food you eat, how much you eat, your activity level, and how your body uses energy.

So, eat well. Live well. Move your body. And stop letting people turn your plate into a public discussion.

Because at the end of the day, I'm not fighting food I'm just trying to enjoy my life one plate at a time.

And if you see me eating tomorrow, Please, don't judge me.

Just ask one simple question:

My guy, you don chop?

Because in this life, happiness is important And sometimes, happiness comes with extra meat.
