We abandon exercise. Someone else says, "You don't need school." We suddenly become experts on education. We've become a generation that mistakes confidence for competence. Just because someone speaks with conviction doesn't mean their words are universal. Take medicine, for example. Two people can have the same headache and need completely different treatments because the cause isn't the same. One tablet can heal one person and send another to the hospital. That's why doctors don't prescribe based on testimonies alone. They examine the patient first. Relationships aren't any different. Business isn't any different. Life isn't any different. What worked for one person may be exactly what ruins another. Does that mean advice is useless? No. Advice is valuable. Experience is valuable. Learning from others is wisdom. Blindly copying them isn't. The problem isn't that people give advice. The problem is when we stop asking questions. When we stop studying our own situation. When we stop thinking.
