<p>We suffer more in our mind than in reality.</p><p><br/></p><p>Seneca said it thousands of years ago, and it is still true today.</p><p>Think about it. How many nights have you stayed awake crying over something that never even happened?</p><p>You create a story in your head. You imagine them leaving. You imagine yourself failing. You imagine the sickness, the embarrassment, the heartbreak. You play the whole movie in your mind, and you suffer for it as if it is real.</p><p>But when morning comes, nothing happened. The reality is still calm. The room is still quiet. It was only your mind that was storming.</p><p>The truth is, our mind is not always our friend. Sometimes it is a room with no windows. It traps us.</p><p>It tells us "they don't like you" without any proof. It tells us "you will never make it" before we even try. It tells us "you are alone" even when people are right there, waiting to love us.</p><p><br/></p><p>And we believe it.</p><p>We suffer because we believe every thought we think.<span style="background-color: transparent;">But thoughts are not facts.</span></p><p>That person didn't reply? Your mind says "they hate you." But reality might be "they are just busy, tired, overwhelmed."</p><p>You made a mistake? Your mind says "you are a failure." But reality says "you are a human who is still learning."</p><p><br/></p><p>Do you see the difference?</p><p>Life is actually simpler than we make it. Most of our pain is not from what is happening, but from what we think is happening.</p><p>We don't need to stop thinking. We just need to learn to watch our thoughts, not follow them.</p><p>Next time your mind starts to storm, ask yourself gently: "Is this true? Or is this just fear speaking?"</p><p>You will be surprised how many times the answer is fear.</p><p><br/></p><p>Let your mind rest. Not every thought deserves your tears. Not every fear deserves a night of no sleep.</p><p>You have survived 100% of your worst days so far. The reality has always been kinder than the story your mind told you.</p><p>Breathe. The storm is in your head. The pe<span style="background-color: transparent;">ace is still waiting for you outside.</span></p>
At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to between 7 and 20 community members with the best insights in the past month.
The winners are picked by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.

The Most Engaged Content recognizes users whose content received the most engagement during the month.
We pick the top 3.
The winners are picked using the "Top Monthly Contributors" tab on the rankings page.
Contributor Rankings

The all-time contributors ranking is based on the Contributor Score, which is a measure of all the engagement and exposure a contributor's content receives.
The monthly contributors ranking tracks performance of a user's insights for the current month. The monthly and all-time scores are calcuated DIFFERENTLY.
This page also shows the top engagers on an all-time & monthly basis.
