What should we expect?

The answer to this lies in our hands.

And please, I don't want to see bets. How can you be betting on whose hands our lives will fall into next? This is a serious matter. If the right person comes in, perhaps you'd finally have a steady income and wouldn't have to struggle so hard to make ends meet. But some people are just so obsessed with their own interests.

Sha, abeg, don't sell us and our own future away.

For the love of God, let us work together, stand together, move together, and choose the right person for our country. Things might not suddenly become perfect, but we would certainly appreciate gradual change and development backed by strategic planning and proper implementation.

So many people have said the government is working, but we just can't see it because they don't have the right hands to implement their plans. We don't want that again. We want a government that doesn't just make promises or draw up beautiful plans but actually implements them.

We want a government that feels our pain, shares our burdens, and genuinely cares about us, not just their own children and families.

I honestly don't have a problem with leaders favouring people in their corners. I mean, I would probably want to help people in my corner, too. But I beg, let them also recognise amazing, beautiful, talented, and extraordinary souls outside their circles and give them opportunities to thrive. Let them show mercy, compassion, and kindness to the rest of the nation, too, so that everyone feels seen, considered, and carried along.

We want a government that is truly **of the people, for the people, and, in the name and mercies of God, by the people.**

And it lies in YOUR hands.

This is not the time to rage at somebody, win a bet, prove a point, accept a dare, or turn the electoral process into entertainment. The decisions we make today will affect our lives, our families, our future, and generations to come.

Let's put our differences aside and bring our minds into one accord for the sake of change.

We may not agree on everything, but surely, we can agree that Nigeria deserves better. Surely, we can look beyond our personal interests and consider the millions of people whose lives depend on the decisions we make.

**Please, let us choose with our heads, our hearts, and a genuine concern for our collective future.**

Biko! 🙏🏽
