<p>There’s this fear most people have.</p><p><br/></p><p>The fear of being judged.</p><p>Of looking stupid.</p><p>Of saying the wrong thing.</p><p>Of trying and failing.</p><p><br/></p><p>So we stay quiet.</p><p><br/></p><p>We play it safe.</p><p>We choose what is comfortable</p><p>over what is real.</p><p><br/></p><p>But somewhere along the way,</p><p>comfort becomes a cage.</p><p><br/></p><p>You stop taking risks.</p><p>You stop chasing the things you actually want.</p><p>You stop saying what you really think</p><p>because of what someone might say.</p><p><br/></p><p>And before you know it,</p><p>you’re living a life that looks good</p><p>from the outside,</p><p>but feels empty from within.</p><p><br/></p><p>I think I’d rather look foolish.</p><p><br/></p><p>I’d rather be the person who tried</p><p>and got laughed at</p><p>than the person who spent years wondering</p><p>what could have happened.</p><p><br/></p><p>Because people will always have something to say.</p><p><br/></p><p>They'll call you reckless.</p><p>Unrealistic.</p><p>Stupid.</p><p><br/></p><p>They'll laugh.</p><p>They'll criticize.</p><p>They'll doubt you.</p><p><br/></p><p>But honestly,</p><p>most people who do that</p><p>are just afraid to do the same.</p><p><br/></p><p>So yeah,</p><p>maybe I'll look foolish.</p><p><br/></p><p>Maybe I'll fail.</p><p>Maybe I'll be misunderstood.</p><p><br/></p><p>But at least I'll know</p><p>I actually lived.</p><p><br/></p><p>Because there’s something worse than failing—</p><p><br/></p><p>Living safely for so long</p><p>that you eventually realize</p><p>you never really lived at all.</p><p><br/></p><p>I'd rather carry the embarrassment</p><p>of trying</p><p>than the emptiness</p><p>of never knowing.</p><p><br/></p><p>Sometimes,</p><p>being foolish is just another word</p><p>for being brave enough</p><p>to want something.</p><p><br/></p>

comments.

Most Engaged Content
The Most Engaged Content recognizes users whose content received the most engagement during the month.
We pick the top 3.

Contributor Rankings
The Rankings/Leaderboard shows the Top 20 contributors and engagers on TwoCents a monthly and all-time basis
— as well as the most active colleges (users attending/that attended those colleges)
The all-time contributors ranking is based on the Contributor Score, which is a measure of all the engagement and exposure a contributor's content receives.
The monthly contributors ranking tracks performance of a user's insights for the current month. The monthly and all-time scores are calcuated DIFFERENTLY.
This page also shows the top engagers on an all-time & monthly basis.
