Family.</p><p>So.........</p><p><br/></p><p>______________________</p><p><br/></p><p>You are the firstborn of five children to parents who do not regard GOD.</p><p>Your family's company is failing, infact, two of your younger siblings have already had to stop going to school because there simply isn't enough money.</p><p><br/></p><p>Your parents are desperate to keep the family afloat.</p><p>Then they find a solution.</p><p>A wealthy family, friends with your family, owns a thriving company.</p><p>Their daughter is unmarried and her family agrees to nvest in your family's company with the condition that you marry their daughter.</p><p><br/></p><p>Your parents already want you in it not because they want you to be happy.</p><p>Not even primarily because they want the wealth.</p><p><br/></p><p>To your family it did not just mean an alliance, it meant survival.</p><p>Your siblings could return to school.</p><p>The family business could survive.</p><p><br/></p><p>Everyone wins.</p><p><br/></p><p>Except...</p><p><br/></p><p>You already have someone else in mind.</p><p><br/></p><p>Not because of emotion alone.</p><p>You believe God has given you clear instructions concerning whom you should marry.</p><p><br/></p><p>And now you remember:</p><p><br/></p><p>āHonour your father and your mother...ā</p><p>ā Ephesians 6:2</p><p><br/></p><p>But you also remember:</p><p><br/></p><p>āIf you love me, keep my commandments.ā</p><p>ā John 14:15</p><p><br/></p><p>Remember, your parents don't regard God, so you can't simply tell them, āGod said I should do this,ā as though that settles the matter.</p><p><br/></p><p>But what happens when obeying God appears to mean allowing your siblings to suffer?</p><p><br/></p><p>What happens when honouring your parents appears to require disobeying God?</p><p><br/></p><p>Your decision could determine whether four people continue their education.... Your blood siblings.</p><p><br/></p><p>You say yes to your family,Ā </p><p>You go against GOD'S plan for your future as regards marriage.Ā Ā </p><p>And the decision of marriage is not something that can just be rushed anyway it pleases.....</p><p><br/></p><p>Another disturbing dilemma....</p><p>What should be done?</p><p><strong><br/></strong></p><blockquote><strong>PEACE āšš¤</strong></blockquote>
