<p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Allow yourself to love.</p><p>Allow yourself to hate.</p><p>Allow yourself to feel everything you were taught to hide.</p><p><br/></p><p>Scream.</p><p>Laugh.</p><p>Cry.</p><p>Give.</p><p>Take.</p><p>Collapse.</p><p>Build yourself again.</p><p>Break.</p><p>Heal.</p><p>Grow.</p><p><br/></p><p>Allow yourself to be a fucking human being.</p><p><br/></p><p>Because sometimes, we become so obsessed with fixing our lives</p><p>that we forget to actually live them.</p><p><br/></p><p>We wake up thinking about what needs to change,</p><p>what needs to be solved,</p><p>what needs to be achieved,</p><p>what needs to happen next.</p><p><br/></p><p>And somewhere between surviving today</p><p>and preparing for tomorrow,</p><p>we forget that today is also a life.</p><p><br/></p><p>I said something recently:</p><p><br/></p><p>Many people exist,</p><p>but only a few people live.</p><p><br/></p><p>Everybody will die.</p><p>But not everybody will ever know</p><p>what it means to have truly lived.</p><p><br/></p><p>And trust me,</p><p>I know life can be shitty.</p><p><br/></p><p>It can break your plans.</p><p>Fuck up your timing.</p><p>Take things you weren't ready to lose.</p><p>Hand you a week so bad</p><p>you start wondering what the point of any of it is.</p><p><br/></p><p>But fuck it.</p><p><br/></p><p>Life can go rough this week.</p><p>It can go rough today.</p><p><br/></p><p>Cry about it.</p><p>Scream about it.</p><p>Rest if you need to.</p><p><br/></p><p>Then get up.</p><p><br/></p><p>Eat something you like.</p><p>Call someone you love.</p><p>Laugh until your stomach hurts.</p><p>Dance badly.</p><p>Fall in love.</p><p>Make mistakes.</p><p>Watch the sunset.</p><p>Start again.</p><p><br/></p><p>Do not spend your whole life</p><p>preparing to live it.</p><p><br/></p><p>Live.</p>
