You are.</p><p><br/></p><p>Not because you are not interesting. You are.</p><p><br/></p><p>And certainly not because you are not enough.</p><p><br/></p><p>Sometimes, a person can be everything you should want and still not be the person you want.</p><p><br/></p><p>I could say yes. I could enjoy being wanted. I could let you love me while I figure out what I feel.</p><p><br/></p><p>But that would be selfish.</p><p><br/></p><p>You deserve someone who doesn't need time to decide whether he wants you.</p><p><br/></p><p>You deserve a heart that runs towards yours, not one that has to be dragged there.</p><p><br/></p><p>So, I'm sorry.</p><p><br/></p><p>Not for rejecting you.</p><p><br/></p><p>For the hurt my rejection may cause.</p><p><br/></p><p>But I'd rather break your heart once with the truth than keep it alive with a lie.</p><p><br/></p><p>Please don't turn my “no” into a question about your worth.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>A closed door does not mean you are unwanted. It simply means you are not meant to enter that particular room.</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>I hope you find the man who opens his door before you even have to knock.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>And when you do, I hope he says yes without hesitation.</strong></p><p><br/></p>
