<p>SAME DREAMS DIFFERENT REALITY 🤔</p><p><br/></p><p>The youths are the leaders of tomorrow but a corrupt system turns that dream into a promise that can never come to pass 🤦</p><p></p><p>It has always been a promise to the younger ones to be the leaders of tomorrow, but that tomorrow will never come</p><p></p><p>I personally have dreamt of myself being a leader of tomorrow, but it has always remained a dream that will never come to pass </p><p></p><p>President Bola Ahmed Tinubu the Current president of Nigeria has always talked about renewed hope agenda and bringing Youths into politics to become the leaders of tomorrow, but that tomorrow will never come</p><p></p><p>Many Nigeria Youths are currently in politics serving their political masters with the hope of becoming the leaders of tomorrow, but that tomorrow will never come </p><p></p><p>That tomorrow will never come because the style of politics in Nigeria has been by political apprenticeship and that is why we have political godfathers that is in charge of many political offices in Nigeria today, and because of the apprenticeship system of Nigeria politics, that tomorrow will never come </p><p></p><p>How long you served and how far You have stayed determines which office you may be compensated with or settled with</p><p></p><p>The settlement of political loyalists which are the apprentices in the game of politics are based on terms and conditions listed by their so called political godfathers of which the conditions are unquestionable </p><p></p><p>It remains unquestionable because it is a continuous test of loyalty in the game of politics.</p><p></p><p>His Excellency former governor of Anambra state in the person of Mr Peter Obi</p><p>A man of great reputation</p><p>A man of past his history of good works</p><p>And a man past record of Excellency </p><p>Tested and trusted man of integrity </p><p></p><p>A former presidential candidate of labour party and a current presidential candidate of NDC was called a boy not because of his age, not because of his qualifications nor because of his financial status, but because he hasn't served the political godfathers before coming out as a candidate to challenge the political masters in the game. One of the political godfathers looked at him and said "OBI is a boy"</p><p></p><p>They do always ask him one question "Do you have structure?" And this question remains one of the reasons why his mandate was stolen allegedly </p><p></p><p>The godfathers are good in building structures that will solidify their positions in the government to remain in control of the political game.</p><p></p><p>None of the political godfathers are ready to leave their political positions to retirement, NO they all want the continuous trend of their political business till they are no more 🧑🎤 </p><p></p><p>How will the youths lead in the tomorrow that they can never see? because before the death of the Eldest in a community he already have a successor who remains the Eldest among the others.</p><p></p><p>To this: the question remains "How will the youths becomes the leaders of tomorrow that they can never see?"</p><p></p><p>My humble opinion: if it is not possible for the younger ones to be a leader of today it simply means that tomorrow is not assured.</p><p></p><p>Please engage 🤗 </p><p></p><p></p>
At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to between 7 and 20 community members with the best insights in the past month.
The winners are picked by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.

The all-time contributors ranking is based on the Contributor Score, which is a measure of all the engagement and exposure a contributor's content receives.
The monthly contributors ranking tracks performance of a user's insights for the current month. The monthly and all-time scores are calcuated DIFFERENTLY.
