For decades, we were told democracy was our greatest achievement.

During the day of their presidential election in their polling station; A long line of voters stretches around the building: elderly citizens, young students, traders, workers, and farmers. Kingsley Okoro in his 20s with notebook in his hand, watches silently.

(An elderly man turns to Kingsley with a warm smile.)

Elderly man:

Young man, today belongs to the people😊.

Kingsley:

I believe that 😊

(INSIDE THE PRESIDENTIAL RESIDENCE)

PRESIDENT Alphonsus Ayo in his 60s stands at a window overlooking Freedom City.
