Just yesterday, we were welcoming January with big dreams, fresh hopes and beautiful expectations. Today, we are standing at the entrance of November, just one step away from Christmas and the end of another remarkable year. What a journey it has been! For some people, 2026 has been a year of breakthroughs, celebrations and answered prayers. For others, it has been a year of struggles, disappointments, unexpected losses and unanswered questions. Some have achieved what they once thought was impossible, while others are still waiting for the opportunities they prayed for. But one beautiful thing about life is that as long as there is life, there is still hope. November is more than just another month on the calendar. It is an opportunity to reflect on how far we have come, appreciate what we have and prepare our hearts for what lies ahead 🤔🤗. As Christmas approaches, we must remember that the true beauty of Christmas is not measured by the expensive clothes we wear🧑‍⚖️, the food on our tables🤦, the decorations in our homes or the gifts we exchange. As we take this step towards Christmas, let us not forget those who are struggling to survive, families who cannot afford three square meals😭🙆, children whose Christmas dreams may remain unfulfilled and people who are silently fighting battles nobody knows about🤦🤔. Let us learn to share, forgive, encourage and support one another. There is no honour in celebrating Christmas with abundance while deliberately ignoring the suffering of those around us. And to those whose expectations for 2026 have not yet materialized, don't lose hope. Your journey is not over simply because your plans have not worked out as expected. Life is not a competition, and success is not a race against your neighbour. As we enter November, may we find reasons to be grateful, courage to face our challenges, wisdom to make better decisions and strength to keep moving forward.
