They carry our language, our names and our heritage.</p><p><br/></p><p>Before fancy clothes were brought down to our land, Yoruba people have been known for their beautiful creativity when it comes to creating colors through fabric and Asó Oké.</p><p><br/></p><p>We understand color, mixture of colors to form another color that looks delightful and attractive.</p><p><br/></p><p>Asó Oké is known to be sewn in different ways, most especially with cap and Esiki, and same thing with fabric.</p><p><br/></p><p>These same clothes are used on very special occasions in Yoruba land, promoting our culture when there's a festival, which includes Odun Ifa, coronation, yam festival and lots more.</p><p><br/></p><p>Asó Oké and Fabric are now worldly recognized, that people from other countries are admiring our culture, heritage and creativity.</p><p><br/></p><p>And bringing this clothing to the modern day now, we can see it carries a powerful message, which is: our identity, our culture, our tribe, our skin, our creativity, our intelligence.</p><p><br/></p><p>If you've not tried fabric or Asó Oké before, I recommend that you get one and try it, then thank me later.</p><p><br/></p><p>@Fp</p>
