Prayer! Prayer!! Prayer!!!
Prayer won't arrest a kidnapper.
Prayer won't repair a damaged road.
Prayer won't reduce the price of fuel.
Prayer won't magically put money in anybody's account.
We know that.
But let's be honest.
Nigeria is carrying burdens that would have broken many nations.
Kidnapping. Banditry. Unemployment. Corruption. Rising prices. Daily uncertainty.
Yet every Sunday morning, millions of Nigerians still wake up, dress up, and show up.
Not because life is easy.
Not because all their prayers have been answered.
But because they still believe tomorrow can be better than today.
That matters.
Because before a nation can rise, its people must first refuse to surrender.

Prayer is not an alternative to action.
Prayer is what keeps many people going until action becomes possible.
The mother praying for her child.
The father praying before leaving for work.
The student praying before an exam.
The soldier praying before deployment.
The farmer praying before planting.
The doctor praying before surgery.
The driver praying before a journey.
Prayer may not solve every physical problem.
But it has stopped many people from giving up on life completely.
And in difficult times, that is not a small thing.
So today, whether you're in a church, a mosque, or simply taking a quiet moment to reflect...
Pray.
Work.
Hope.
Believe.
And keep moving forward.
Happy Sunday, Nigeria. π³π¬π
What does prayer mean to you in times like these?
