Heyyyy there.

If you’re glad the weekend is here, can you just shout,” Thank you, Jesus!”

This week didn’t actually stress me, except for the lower back ache I had, which brings me to a point. Guys, I’m getting old.

First of all, we need to talk about December. Specifically, we need to talk about the fact that I am turning 28.’ I know what you’re thinking,” It is still six months”

Can I remind you how fast this year is going?

I’ll be 28 on the 28th of December. Twenty-eight. The age at which you are legally required to have built a company and probably mothered two children.

I am officially stepping into my lateeeee twenties, and honestly? I’ve decided I’m not just going to slide quietly into another year. I want to actually live. I’m known for playing it safe in certain situations and just being laid-back, but I want this year to be remembered.

So, before the December clock strikes midnight and rolls me over into a new chapter, I am launching a personal intervention: The 28 Before 28 List.

The Mission

The goal isn’t to climb Mount Everest or learn fluent Spanish in a few months. I’m not doing that. The goal is to do 28 things that make me feel entirely alive before my birthday arrives. I’m currently drafting the list, but here is a sneak peek at the energy we are bringing:

Saying “yes” to something that scares me, like going skating.

Finally finishing that one project that’s been sitting in my drafts.

A full 24 hours entirely offline. No doomscrolling, no emails

Here’s where you come in. I need ideas, challenges, and absolute shenanigans to fill the remaining slots on this list.

Reply to this email with ONE thing you think I should do before I turn 28.

Keep it fun, reflective, or make it slightly chaotic. I’ll choose the best ones, finalize the list, and let you know on the 28th of December how it all worked out. Fingers crossed, I have enough courage to do so.

Cheers to the new year and to the weekend!

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to between 7 and 20 community members with the best insights in the past month.
The winners are picked by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.

We pick the top 3.

Contributor Rankings
The Rankings/Leaderboard shows the Top 20 contributors and engagers on TwoCents a monthly and all-time basis
— as well as the most active colleges (users attending/that attended those colleges)
The all-time contributors ranking is based on the Contributor Score, which is a measure of all the engagement and exposure a contributor's content receives.
The monthly contributors ranking tracks performance of a user's insights for the current month. The monthly and all-time scores are calcuated DIFFERENTLY.
This page also shows the top engagers on an all-time & monthly basis.
